These Terms govern your use of ChessLeaders, operated by JAAN Network (PVT) Ltd.. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and not resident in a restricted jurisdiction to use ChessLeaders.

Stakes and payouts

Matches are played for an agreed stake, held in escrow for the duration of the game. The winner receives both players' stakes. Draws, aborts, and server faults are refunded in full to both players.

Fair play

Use of chess engines, external assistance, or collusion with another account is prohibited. See our Fair Play Policy.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to a 20% fee, deducted from the withdrawn amount before payout. Payouts are processed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; a request made on any other day is held until the next one of those days.
